Color
is energetic medicine, which if used appropriately can align and balance our
body, mind, soul, and spirit. Color is light that vibrates at particular
frequencies. Each person is a kaleidoscope of energetic color frequencies that
constitutes their Being. When consciousness is altered by dysfunction or
traumatic events, the energies become imbalanced, causing a distortion in
one’s awareness, which then leads to dis-ease or dis-harmony. As an intuitive
healer/artist, I tune into these color vibrations and put them on paper in an
objective /abstract format. I consider this process creative, transformative, as
well as shamanic.
Objective
art is meditative art; where as subjective art is mind art. Thinking is the
cause of all dis-ease and of pain and suffering. The world is being made from
the limited egoic mind, rather than from one’s Being. The egoic mind has so imprisoned
the thought processes that one’s Being cannot emerge into the world. If this
were to occur, one would see the entire world empty of pain and suffering. Each
person’s creative muse has been hijacked from Being (objective) too egoic
(subjective). The format of objective art creates symbolic impressions that
guide the egoic aspect back home to merge with Being. The egoic mind has become
a tyrant without Being to bring balance and harmony into play. This is important
to understand because with Being, one’s movements arise from joy, pleasure,
and bliss, rather than egoic handicaps of guilt, shame, or fear. Imagine an
underground spring that has been plugged with concrete. What flows naturally
from Being has been plugged and blocked with egoic thinking. Pain and suffering
arises from a Being that is plugged and blocked. Being does not experience pain
and suffering, it is only the limited egoic thinking mind that manipulates,
coerces, and distracts us away from our inner source and locks our attention
externally into the subjective world. This block that needs removing, is a
complex energetic psychic knot that prevents the full flow of conscious Being
from expressing itself.
Objective
art moves a person away from exclusive subjective focus towards a fuller
consciousness that requires no thinking. This “no thinking” opens one to
greater truths, understandings, and a freedom of expression (Being) that brings
an end to pain and suffering. Via intuitively placed color, shapes, movements,
and lines, the intention is to allow the inner Being to bring about
transformation and balance from limited circular closed system thinking into
unlimited open system thinking that uses both linear and non-linear formats.
This is done through subtle energetic symbolic channels. There are times
when images appear, and yet each person will see different things in the
artwork, depending on their own states of consciousness, as well as what arises
from the deeper self. People see what they need to see within the matrix of
colors, to energetically transform imbalanced states within. More importantly
are the feelings that arise, for feelings are energetic. Feelings, like color,
are a language with an energetic footprint. One can think of how radio waves
come through the air and yet they have a vast amount of information that we
pickup with the radio. Feelings (energy), get repressed by ego and it is this
energetic block that builds up to toxic levels of negative energies.
Think
of negative as negating, because the issue with egoic thinking is to negate
anything that would awaken one to Being. The whole dance of ego is to keep us
from becoming aware of our Being, by distracting one from the present moment
into the past or future. All that exists is the present moment. Feelings are the
key to Being free of dis-ease, pain, and suffering. Feelings are navigation cues
that inform us of what is working and not working. Feelings arise to get our
attention, so that we can alter course to be more in alignment with our true
Being. Ego blocks feelings by convincing us to suppress them. To be free, one
merely needs to feel them and let them go. The challenge with suppressed
feelings is that we are unaware of them; we are unaware that we are unaware.
Energetic color healing facilitates this inner shift by moving through the subjective egoic walls and reconnecting the egoic mind with the presence of Being. Being is not subjective, is not the body, is not the mind. A session starts with an hour meeting with a client, getting an intuitive reading of them, and finding out about their current situation and what they would like to see transformed. Then an intuitive painting is created and given to the client. The artwork should be hung on a wall in your living space, where you can look at it from time to time. It’s important to Take 10-15 minutes each day to sit in silence to view the artwork, allowing yourself to explore the various dimensions that are available. One may have moments of clarity, remember a memory, feel a release of energy, have feelings or emotions released, or experience shifts in their attitudes, mindsets, and or awareness. What occurs requires no thinking, because the changes are occurring within deeper inner realms.
I have been using this format of intuitive healing art with my own transformative healing process for 20 years and continue to perfect the art of letting go and allowing spirit to express itself via the brush. There is no thinking in this process at all.
