The
Course Objectives:
1)
Introduction
of consciousness as spirituality, creativity, psychology, sexuality, ecology,
bodywork, and culture.
2)
How human
beings get unconscious.
3)
Becoming
conscious through the body/mind connection.
4)
Exploring
the body: breath, sound, movement, 33 senses, and feelings.
5)
Exploring
the mind: belief, memory, thought, dreams, and visions.
6)
Becoming
aware of your authentic Being.
7)
Owning
and expressing your spiritual power.
8)
Being in
the world in joy, ecstasy, bliss, and peace.
The
Expectations:
1)
This is a
seminar style class where you the participant are both teacher and student.
2)
Keeping
an open mind is essential in exploring consciousness
3)
Letting
go mentally and physically are essential for inner awareness
4)
Everyone
has their own interpretation of reality based on their experiences
5)
Be
willing to explore the roots of your beliefs
6)
Have a
sense of humor and don't take yourself or others too seriously.
7)
Respectful
and thoughtful dialogue.
The
Assignments:
1)
Create a
collage to find answers for a question, problem, or decision, and be prepared to
present them in class. Don’t worry, everyone is an artist and there is no
right or wrong way.
2)
Keep a
journal of your dreams, thoughts, ideas, and intuitions. This is a tool to use
as a touchstone for ongoing insights and reference.
3)
Be
willing to share your process in class for the benefit of others.
4)
Write a
short paper about what the class opened up in your consciousness.
